Eligibility Aged under 21 on 24th January 2010 and holder of Hong Kong Identity Card (both male
and female). (Year of Birth: 1989 or after).

Date & Venue Preliminary start on 10th and 17th January 2010 (Sunday) at 12 noon.
Final is on 24th January 2010 (Sunday).
Award Champion : HK$1,000 and a trophy 1st Runner-up : HK$500 and a trophy
2nd Runner-up : A trophy
Award for Highest Break sponsored by
Hong Kong Billiards Supplies & Services Co. : 40 or above : HK$500
**The Champion and 1st Runner-up would be selected into Hong Kong Snooker Team by qualified and affirmed by Hong Kong Billiard Sports Control Council.
Rules & Regulations ~ The Championships abide to the Rules and Regulation of IBSF.
~ All players must arrive at World Snooker Club 147 (Sheung Wan), (1/F., Midland Plaza,
328 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong) on 10th January 2010 (Sunday) at or before 12 noon for drawing and start the competitions. Player late for their Match will lose the Match and entry fee forfeited.
The Championship's Knock-Out System :
Preliminary to Last 8 - Best of 3 Frames Last 8 to Semi-finalist - Best of 5 Frames
Finalist - Best of 7 Frames
~ Approval of alterations must be made to the Council for any arrangements after the draw.
~ Players late for their Match will lose 1 frame and 15 minutes late for their Match will lose the Match and entry fee forfeited.
~ Play must be worn properly (no shorts, vest and slippers), players entering Quarter Finals to Finals must dress (long sleeve shirt or blouse, shoes and socks).
~ Players can appeal to the Tournament Director against the decision of the Referee in the match. The Tournament Committee reserves the rights to final decision.

~ The Council reserves the rights to accept or reject an application without giving reason.
** ~ Less than 16 players, the event will be cancelled.

～ 所有參賽者必須於〔比賽首日〕 2010年1月10日（星期日）正午12 時正或之前到達世界147 桌球會(上環) (香港上環皇后大道中328 號中源廣場一樓) 進行抽籤及即時比賽，遲到者當作棄權論，報名費概不發還。
賽事採用單淘汰制：
初賽至8 強 - 3 局2 勝制 8 強至季軍 - 5 局3 勝制決賽 - 7 局4 勝制
～ 除得到賽事委員會同意及批准，賽事經公開抽籤安排後不會作任何更改。
～ 參賽者遲於指定時間到達比賽場館報到則負一局；遲於開賽時間15 分鐘到達比賽場
館報到作棄權論，報名費概不發還。
～ 參賽者必須穿著整齊服裝（不可穿著短褲、背心或拖鞋），4 強至決賽須穿著（長袖純
色恤衫、長西褲、皮鞋及襪）否則不准出賽。
～ 裁判在比賽中所作出之判決將為該場比賽之決定，如有上訴，可向賽事總監提出，賽事委員會之決議將為最終之決定，不能上訴。

～ 香港桌球總會保留接受或拒絕任何人仕參加是項比賽之最終權利。
